About Us

Ever since Rick was a young boy working alongside his mother at Perkin’s Pancake House in Northfield, Ohio, he dreamed of one day owning his own restaurant. Over the years his love of cooking led him into BBQ Cook-off competitions, baking competitions, and catering private family events. In 2010, he met Sandy, who also shared his love for cooking and catering and the idea of one day owning a full-service catering company was born.

Sandy’s brother, James Coile, was also interested in starting a business, where he could utilize his years of experience in business management and sales. Then, in 2017, the three decided to join forces and combine their talents to see their dreams become a reality with the creation of Catered Delights!
